Return and Exchange Policy (For Customers)
Welcome to our collection of niche department store products, including desktop organization items, home essentials, travel/portable goods, and lifestyle enhancement products. To protect your legal rights, please carefully read the following detailed return and exchange policy.
I. Core Premises
This policy applies only to users purchasing our products within the United States. By purchasing our products, you agree to all terms of this policy.
All cancellation or return requests must be made through our official email at service@mail.polirmo.com and receive written approval before proceeding. Cancellations or returns without prior approval will be denied, and any associated costs will be borne by you.
Customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UTC+8:00). Please contact us during these hours if you have any questions.
II. Return and Exchange Rules for Different Scenarios
(A) Order Cancellation (Before Receipt)
Shipping label not created: Full refund with no fees.
Shipping label created but not dispatched: A 10% restocking fee of the product's original price will apply, with the remaining amount refunded.
Order shipped: Cannot intercept the package; you may refuse delivery or accept and then contact us for a return shipping label. Once returned and inspected, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, with the remaining amount refunded.
(B) Returns After Delivery
Unopened Packages (within 14 calendar days of delivery): Contact us with photo and video evidence of the unopened package. Upon approval, return the package at your own cost. After inspection, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and the remaining amount refunded.
Non-quality Reasons (within 30 calendar days): For returns due to reasons such as undesired, size mismatch, dislike, etc., provide photos and videos showing the product in its original packaging condition. Upon authorization, return the product at your own cost. After inspection, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and the remaining amount refunded. No returns accepted after 30 calendar days.
Minor Defects/Small Stains (within 14 calendar days): If minor defects or stains are found within 14 days of receiving your package, contact us promptly for assistance. After 14 days, it will be considered damage caused during use, and no special handling will be provided.
(C) Non-returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable unless special extreme circumstances arise, in which case you must contact us for special approval:

Basic Cancellation and Return Policy

To effectively process a cancellation or return, you must obtain written approval from Polirmo. You can apply for approval by sending an email to service@mail.polirmo.com. Any unapproved cancellation requests will be denied, and order processing will continue. Products returned without our written consent will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.

Regarding Minor Defects and Stains:

Please inspect the products within 14 days of receiving the package. If there are any defects or stains, please inform us so that we can provide further assistance. Issues reported after the 14-day inspection window will be considered as having occurred during customer use.

Cancellation Before Shipping Label Creation:

For orders canceled before a shipping label is attached, we will issue a full refund.

Cancellation Before Shipment (Shipping Label Created):

Orders with a shipping label created but not yet dispatched will incur a handling fee of ten percent (10%) of the original price.

Cancellation After Shipment:

Once an order has shipped, items cannot be halted in transit. Customers should refuse delivery upon arrival or accept the package and contact us for a return shipping label. Once the package is returned and verified, a refund will be issued minus a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.

Cancellation After Delivery (Package Unopened):

If delivery is completed within 14 calendar days and you wish to cancel the order, you must contact us with photos and video evidence of the unopened package. Upon approval, you will need to contact the original courier to return the entire package and bear the return shipping costs. A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be charged once the package is returned and verified.

Cancellation After Use (Non-Quality Reasons):

Within 30 calendar days of delivery completion, cancellations for non-quality reasons, such as (but not limited to):

  • No longer wanted/needed
  • Wrong size
  • Dislike of the product
  • Refusal to accept compensation for minor shipping damage, etc.

Customers must contact us, providing photo and video evidence proving the product packaging is consistent with its original state to obtain prior authorization for return. You will need to contact the original courier to return the complete package and bear the return shipping cost. Returns are not accepted beyond thirty (30) calendar days after receipt.

Refunds will be issued once the package is returned and inspected, minus a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Special orders
  • Used products
  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Sale items

Non-returnable items cannot be returned unless in extreme circumstances, in which case customers need to contact us for approval.

Refund Conditions and Exceptions:

Typically, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Delays may occur for various reasons; please contact us and provide relevant documentation for further clarification.

If requesting a return, please do not directly refuse any FedEx/UPS packages. Accept the package first and request a return shipping label from us via email before returning any items.

III. Refund Details
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned package is received and inspected. If there is a delay in the refund, please contact us with relevant documentation for further details.
Important Note: If you need to return an item, do not directly refuse FedEx/UPS packages. Please accept the delivery first, then contact us via email to obtain a return shipping label before proceeding with the return.
IV. Additional Notes
You may contact us to edit/change order information within 12 hours of placing your order.
Any disputes related to returns and exchanges will be resolved through arbitration.
