The warranty period for all products is one year (12 months) from the date you receive the product. During the warranty period, if any quality issues arise due to non-human factors, we will provide free repair or replacement services.

Exclusions: Human-induced damages (such as drops, impacts, scratches, unauthorized disassembly or modifications), normal wear and tear (e.g., depletion of lint roller adhesive paper, filter net wear), issues caused by improper use or poor maintenance, and products beyond the warranty period.

The warranty service covers only the product itself and does not include shipping, installation, or other related costs.

If the product fault cannot be repaired or the repair cost is too high, we will replace it with the same model (if out of stock, we will replace it with another product of equal value).

Products within the warranty period are still eligible for a 14-day return and exchange policy (must meet the relevant requirements), and the warranty period will be recalculated after the return/exchange.
