According to the product characteristics, the warranty period and service standards vary and are calculated from the date you receive the product, based on the purchase proof (order records):
Foldable Portable Makeup Mirror: Offers a three-month limited warranty. During the warranty period, if the product has functional issues due to design or manufacturing defects, it can be repaired for free (including parts replacement and labor costs). The product must pass quality inspection post-repair to ensure normal use. The warranty for repaired parts is cumulative with the full product warranty period.
All Other Products (Mini Magnetic Desktop Organizer, Multi-functional Cable Organizer Clip, Silicone Noise-Canceling Corner Guards, Cloud-Shaped Soft Silicone Soap Dish, Kitchen Sink Strainer Net, Portable Foldable Rinse Cup, Tear-off Lint Roller, Aromatherapy Plaster Diffuser Pendant, Mini Temperature-Controlled Mug Warmer): Do not come with a long-term warranty but support a 7-day return/exchange policy upon receipt, with no additional warranty period. II. Warranty Service Conditions
To enjoy the warranty services specified in this policy, the following conditions must be met:
The product was sold through our official channels and you can provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order records, payment receipts).
The issue is due to design or manufacturing defects, not human factors, improper use, or force majeure (e.g., collision, dropping, water damage, fire).
The product has not been privately disassembled, modified, repaired, or used with non-original parts. The product's labels and packaging are intact (normal wear from use excepted).
Warranty claims must be submitted within the product's warranty period; late submissions will not be accepted.
III. Non-warranty Situations
The following situations are excluded from this warranty and return/exchange services (non-warranty products beyond the 7-day return/exchange period are non-returnable):
Beyond the warranty period (over 3 months for the Foldable Portable Makeup Mirror and over 7 days for other products).
Faults or damages due to improper handling, accidental damage, or poor maintenance (e.g., dropping, crushing, soaking, sun exposure).
Issues caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair, or use of non-original parts.
Normal wear and tear such as appearance scratches, stains, deformation that do not affect core functionality.
Inability to provide valid proof of purchase, or discrepancies between purchase proof and product information.
Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, fires, theft).
Products that do not meet the return/exchange conditions outlined in the "Return and Exchange Policy."
